The BESTEC Biological Grease Trap is a compact and efficient unit that separates fats, oils and grease (FOG) from wastewater. It prevents the contamination of the drinking water source by withholding the FOG in a containment unit while trapping other solid wastes (e.g. bones) in a perforated bucket to prevent the clogging of the drainage system over a long period of use.
